At Juls Del Mar, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final unless an item is received defective or damaged.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Excessive wear and tear (abuse of item)
  • Accidental damage after delivery

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective or damaged item

Once reviewed, we will work with you to make the situation right, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not show evidence of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

3. Custom & Personalized Jewelry

All custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes:

  • Custom designs
  • Special-order items
  • Personalized pieces
  • Modified or resized jewelry

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our team.

If a return is approved for a defective item:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • Customers may be required to use a trackable shipping method
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims when applicable.
